The main goal of the journal “Infokommunikacionnye Tehnologii” is to promote the development of scientific research and knowledge exchange in the field of information and communication technologies. Articles in the journal “Infokommunikacionnye Tehnologii” are published free of charge for all authors. The editors do not charge authors for posting articles in open access, reviewing, or preparing the journal for publication.
